Urban Decay

Urban Decay is an American cosmetics company founded in 1996 by David Soward, Wende Zomnir, Patricia Holmes, and Sandy Lerner. The brand is primarily sold in mid to high-end beauty stores
Urban Decay Cosmetics is beauty with an edge. Known for their innovative products, high-quality ingredients, and risqué shade names, Urban Decay Cosmetics inject femininity, danger and fun into everything they create. From the mind-blowing array of eye products, to one of the widest shade ranges available, to their cult favorites you can’t live without, Urban Decay Cosmetics has stayed on the forefront of cosmetics for over a decade.

Make up: As Urban Decay are quite a theatrical brand Chloe's make up was quite bold, she had strong red lips and dark smokey eyes.
Hair: Chloe had a bob style hair cut so we decided to leave her hair natural

Shoot two makeup:
bare Minerals

Leslie Blodgett joined Bare Escentuals, the manufacturer of bareMinerals, as CEO in 1994. She launched bareMinerals in 1995, and by 2001, the bareMinerals product line was the No. 1 selling brand on the television shopping channel QVC, according to the official website of bareMinerals. The product line is now not only available through the QVC television channel, but also at many department store makeup counters, makeup
stores and online.

bareMineral products are designed with natural ingredients that are gentle to the skin, which enables them to hide skin imperfections and flaws and enhance other facial features while still being kind to the skin. Its makeup products may also produce a more natural look than some others due to their natural ingredients. Many bareMineral products also include SPF ingredients that work to protect the skin from the harmful rays of the sun.

Makeup: When getting the make up done I asked the artist to give Natasha a soft Audrey Hepburn style look with subtle red lips and strong black eyeliner.
Hair: Natasha has long brown hair so we decided to add a few curls but keep it looking natural

  2. I think the bare minerals make up worked better for our shoot and represented the Debenhams customer and our theme more effectively. I think the urban decay make up was slightly too dramatic around the eyes, whereas the bare minerals make up was very natural and simple which helped put focus on to the clothing more.
