I took a look at some existing Nauticle theme fashion photography and the style of lighting that works well.
I chose these 2 images for the lighting and editing styles. I love how the water reflects the sky and the model fits comfortably in the shot with Nauticle theme clothing. The model reminds me of a modern day Blonde Audrey Hepburn with soft make up and strong accessories comfortably enjoying her surroundings.

the high contrasting style or edgyness would suit the
Betty Jackson style. |
These 2 images represent my favourite style from the selection of images I have found. I love the strength of both the women and the connection the model on the right has with the water as if she is looking across it for her destination. I am fond of the editing style of the image on the left as it isnt too heavy and looks very stylish & sophisticated. I think it will work well with a Debenhams shoot.
I think these style's of photographs work really well. I love the composition of the images. As we are promoting Preston using the Harbour i think is a really cool and creative idea.

I agree that the bolder more edited images wouldn't suit the Betty Jackson or Debenhams style. I think we should definitely stick with the more simple style
